Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At Rodar Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewellery, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please read the following information to understand our process.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The jewellery must be unworn and in the same condition as when you received it.
- All tags and labels must be intact.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept returns that have not been requested in advance.
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your jewellery for a different item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the desired item. Follow the steps outlined in the "Returns" section above to initiate the return process. Once your return is accepted and processed, you can proceed to make a new purchase.
Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange is no longer in stock, we will process a refund instead.
